Hi, I’m Nicholle - a coach, entrepreneur, and lifelong business owner since the age of 12. One of my favorite side ventures is Golden Bee Sweet Treats, where I create allergy-friendly desserts that almost everyone can enjoy.
After being diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis, a chronic condition that means no eggs, gluten, dairy, and (the ultimate heartbreak) no chocolate, I refused to give up the joy of sweet, indulgent foods. In my kitchen, I began experimenting with ingredients I could safely eat, and discovered delicious ways to share them with others.
My award‑winning signature treat, the Bumble Bee Buckeye, is made with peanut butter*, millet, carob, a touch of powdered sugar, and coconut oil - rich, satisfying, and completely chocolate‑free.
I will be posting the dates and locations where I will be selling on Instagram, Facebook, and this website. I also take special orders for residents of Palmer and Wasilla. If you’re craving something sweet without the common allergens*, I’d be happy to make you a batch!
*I can also make a peanut-free version, using either almond butter or cashew butter. Mixed nut butter (almonds, cashews, and seeds) available upon request.
