You know that moment when someone walks into a room, and everyone can't help but gravitate toward them like they're some sort of magnetic force? They charm and wow everyone effortlessly, leaving you wondering, "How on earth do they do it so easily?"

Or that person in your life who comes across as a superstar who checks off 20 tasks on their to-do list before 9 am while you're still trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast?

Or that friend who is always nose-deep in books, pursuing their 4th Master's degree (you know who you are, D.A.), while we're busy dreaming up ideas for our 4th exotic vacation by the end of the year!

Well, let me shed some light on all these scenarios. The first person might have a natural talent for building relationships and influencing others. They've got that special touch!

The second person possesses some outstanding execution superpowers, making them productivity rockstars!

As for our scholar friend? They prioritize their mental energy differently – they're all about gathering knowledge, and you (read me!) are plotting exciting future adventures for fun!

And the beautiful thing is you can be like all of the above and not just one or the other.

Are you now wondering, "what the heck is Cole even talking about?!"

I'm talking about NATURAL BORN TALENTS, aka Strengths.

Knowing them is one thing; understanding them is another. Using them with intention and purpose is GOLD!

Whenever I ask someone about their strengths, they often respond with things like:

"I'm creative" (yes, and this is more of a value.)

"I'm good at organizing things" (that's a skill).

"I'm always punctual" (also a skill).

"I can read the room well" (Ah, now we're closer. Empathy is a strength here).

Understanding our strengths is essential because they truly become our superpowers when we use them with purpose & intention.

Think of it this way: Your top five strengths are like the top five spices you love to use when cooking. Too much of one, and it's a disaster. Too little, and it's a snooze fest.

Just like life – too much of something and we burn out or get a bad taste in our mouth; too little, and we're bored and lose interest.

You've got the recipe for success. It's just a matter of discovery, understanding, a dash of intention, and a sprinkle of purpose! (see what I did there.)

If you're unsure of your strengths, let's explore them together.

Through the end of August, you can get a snapshot of your Strengths, Values, Skills, & Personality based interests all in one YouMap®, along with a guided workbook, debriefing coaching sessions, and a one-page Unique Contribution Statement (you can view one here!) for 50% off Options 1 or 2, using code wink.

(Good until the end of 8/31/23.)

If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email or book a discovery call to chat in person. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and assisting in any way I can. And please know there's no pressure to book a service after our call. Both "Yes" and "No" are perfectly acceptable answers.
