Life has been busy lately, so I will get straight to the short and sweet of it.

And by sweet, I mean yummy savory goddess of delight and all that is holy Cashew Yogurt. It's vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugars or additives like traditional yogurts, and it's fantastic for your gut microbiome.

I'm not being dramatic when I say this is the best thing since sliced bread. As my go-to snack, I've been eating it weekly, if not daily, so I figured you all should be enjoying it alongside me.

I first tried this recipe in Bali. It was our celebratory first meal after a ten-day detox. The first bite was the most delicious explosion of yumminess, and my tastebuds were dancing with joy. If you have fresh papaya, eat it with that. You'll thank me later.
